Grace Knight is an Australian trained Osteopath with a Masters degree in Osteopathy, Health Science. Grace provides individual care for patients from all walks of life, including athletes, pregnancy and paediatric patients. Working alongside partner Josh in the cycling world has allowed her to have an in-depth understanding of the biomechanics involved to produce power and strength while maintaining endurance.

Working in a private clinical setting and teaching at Victoria University has ensured that Grace’s management of patients’ injuries is to the highest standard.

Grace uses a range of techniques to achieve patients results including soft tissue massage, manipulation, articulation and dry needling.

Elyse Bradbury completed her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2019 at La Trobe University. Elyse finished her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe in 2009.

Elyse has a special interest in assessment and management of lower limb injuries (particularly overuse hip and knee injuries). She is the underage Australian Rowing team Physiotherapist and Physiotherapist for the Davey Black Triathlon Club. She was the Victorian U18 Women’s Basketball physio (2020) and previously the Physiotherapist for Wesley Collegians (2013-2015). Prior to joining Davey Black Elyse has worked in private practice for 7 years, she worked in the chronic pain team at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre and worked for the NHS in London.

Elyse offers pre-season screening for all sports. When athletes approach the beginning of a season having already addressed deficits in flexibility and strength the risk of injury throughout the season is significantly reduced. Elyse also offers pre and post surgery management, dry needling, 1:1 rehabilitation and Mat Pilates, return to running and cycling programs with every program focused on good load management.
